Testing Accommodations

In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), MYOTPREP provides reasonable and appropriate testing accommodations (TA) for exam applicants with documented disabilities, as defined by the ADA, who are eligible to take the OTR® or COTA® exam.

Follow These Steps to Reduce Any Delays to Your Application

    Read the online TA handbook. This provides all instructions.

    Review the list of preapproved personal items

    There are standard items that do not require a TA request and review. Check this list before submitting your TA request.

    We recommend gathering all required documents before you apply for the exam. Incomplete documentation will delay your exam application. We also recommend using MYOTPREP’s Testing Accommodations Request Form to meet your documentation requirements.
